All team members work from our secure offices in India, equipped with restricted access, CCTV monitoring, VPNs, and encrypted systems. Work-from-home setups are allowed only with client approval and strict IT controls.

Yes. Every staff member is trained in U.S. GAAP, IRS standards, and accounting software like QuickBooks, CCH, UltraTax, ProSystem fx, and Drake. Local Indian accounting experience isn't considered relevant for U.S. work.
Most of our team members have at least 3–5 years of professional experience, including 2–4 years working with U.S. clients or public accounting firms.
Yes. We have an in-house training division that conducts regular sessions on U.S. tax updates, accounting standards, software proficiency, communication, and American work culture.
Outsourcing means handing over your work to a vendor. Offshore staffing means hiring your own dedicated remote team — under your control, your tools, your process. We just handle HR, infrastructure, and compliance.
Our pricing starts from $8/hour, depending on role complexity and experience. Senior profiles such as tax reviewers, managers, or virtual CFOs are available at higher rates.

Yes. You can hire full-time (160 hours/month) or part-time (80 hours/month) staff. Ad-hoc or on-demand work is also available for specific projects.

By default, all staff work from our secure facilities. Remote work is approved only if the client explicitly allows it and additional security layers (VPN, camera monitoring) are enabled.
